Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Secra, an AI prompt security service operated by Inceptrade ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Secra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Secra is accessible at sec-ra.com. Payments are processed by Inceptrade and will appear on your bank or card statement as INCEPTRADE.

Secra provides an API and dashboard that sits between your AI agents and language models. It scans prompts for injection attacks, persona hijacking, data exfiltration attempts, and other threats in real time. The service includes:

• A prompt scanning API (/v1/scan)
• A prompt sanitisation API (/v1/sanitize)
• A web dashboard for managing keys, reviewing history, and monitoring usage
• SDK packages for Python and Node.js (Developer and Pro plans)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Do not share keys in public repositories, client-side code, or insecure environments.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Secra. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our discretion, are being used for harmful or abusive purposes.

Secra offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.

• Free: 500K tokens/month, no credit card required, rate limited.
• Developer ($15/month): 5M tokens/month, API access, SDK access.
• Pro ($49/month): 50M tokens/month, premium scan, proxy access, dedicated support.

All prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) at the prevailing exchange rate via Paystack. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Your bank or card statement will show charges as INCEPTRADE — the trading name under which Secra services are billed.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You will be charged the plan price until you cancel. Token allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Overage beyond your included tokens is billed at the rate specified for your plan (Developer: $0.50/1M tokens; Pro: $0.20/1M tokens).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused tokens. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@sec-ra.com within 14 days of the charge.

You agree not to use Secra to:

• Scan prompts containing illegal content, including content that exploits minors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent the security detection systems
• Resell or sublicense API access without our prior written consent
• Generate excessive load through automated abuse or denial-of-service attacks
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without notice for violations of this section.

When you submit prompts to Secra, we process them to detect threats and return a verdict. We do not use your prompt content to train AI models or share it with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate the service.

Scan results and token usage are stored and associated with your account for dashboard display and billing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Secra and all associated technology, trademarks, and content remain the property of Inceptrade. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.

You retain all rights to the prompts you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process those prompts solely to provide the scanning and sanitisation service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every threat. Security decisions should not rely solely on Secra.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inceptrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Secra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
